A ten year old kid hearing this would ask, &#8220;If exercise is a route to healthy living, how does sex come to play in this?&#8221; Tyrese Gibson is known to be one time Hollywood sexiest creature; medical doctors confirm his fantastic healthy status, however, if sex is a form of exercise, is it true from a medical perspective for what he said? Over the years this has become a very twisted question, but several medical practitioners have come up with several alternative answers to this question, your opinion will count in this regard. Adam Preston says, &#8220;do what you know, what you are sure of and what you know, what you are sure of will definitely work for you&#8221;.</p><p>Envisaging from a totally positive perspective, regular exercise will keep you in good shape, reduce stress, hypertension, and diabetes, it even enhances your everyday metabolism. How does the exercise mechanism work for all the above brilliant health related status? The whole process may be more complicated than we can simply understand. The Essential Fatty Acid (EFA) is said to help keep the body warm, regulating body temperature and also supplies the general body system with energy. On the other hand, when there is excess fat and cholesterol which are relative to the Essential Fatty Acid in a person&#8217;s body, that person is liable to loads of body functional disorder. Research has it that excess fat can lead to weariness, unnecessary tiredness, sterility, aggravated hypertension and diabetes; it is proven that it also distorts the innate immune system. If this is true about excess fat and regular exercise will help burn them out, why not indulge in regular exercise creating a doorway to healthy living.</p><p>People often make the mistake of waiting till Saturday and Sunday before engaging in exercise routine, the truth of the matter is exercise can occur even in our office environments. There are several non strenuous exercises, these exercises can be done at work; simple breathing and stretching exercise popularly called YOGA can be relaxing and effective.  The effectiveness of these exercises will keep you up and going during work hours. Dr. Jide Taiwo, a physiotherapist in his lecture advices that we engage ourselves in some of these routine: close your eyes, roll your eyeballs up for ten seconds, do the same down, left, right, and then press your eye lid tight against your eyeball. This he says is cool form of exercise that helps strengthens the eye cilia muscles and also secretes optic juice that supplies the eyes with both minerals and clears up the lenses. The most fascinating thing about this exercise is that it is not strenuous and it keeps you going in the office.</p><p>Let us now enthrall our minds to mental wellness, a lot of times we underestimate the power in mental exercise. Most people with very high IQ are sometimes born like that inheriting traits from their parents. A professor friend of mine from the University of Lagos, Genetics department, Professor Williams ones told me that people can actually develop very High IQ from mental exercising; he further explains by saying regular solving of puzzle and cracking of riddles can help develop the brain cells then in turn developing high Intelligence Quotients (IQ). This is mental exercise and it is clearly an insightful way to a healthy living.</p><p>A Gonad specialist in a public discussion made us laugh by elucidating the positive effects in genital exercise. He says, &#8220;Grabbing and softly squeezing your groins is a form of exercise that aids a healthy production of sperm in the somniferous tubules and it reduces the occurrence of blue balls&#8221;, we all laughed at a very funny way to engage yourself in exercising. A curious young lady asked him, &#8220;Sir if this exercise is for only male, how do females do genital exercises?&#8221;   the specialist answered by saying, &#8221; a lady can lay flat on her back fold her legs and squeeze her lower thigh against her virginal, she should repeat this for several seconds, this exercise makes it relatively easier at birth and enhances sexual intercourse with her partner&#8221;.</p><p>This should take our minds back to mental exercise; the Central Nervous System (CNS) popularly called the brain has been proven to be constantly supplied by blood vessel. These blood vessels subsequently grow and carry oxygen around the brain cells, so, it is true that when the heart beats very fast the rate at which blood flows increases and in turn more oxygen would be carried around the body and the Brain inclusive. Oxygen facilitates the production of energy, with energy produced in the brain, the brain is made to maintain a healthy state and also activates a multiplying process by which blood vessels increase. This whole process is termed good mental health. But, this cannot be possible by just lumping up unhealthy fat or sitting down and feeling lazy. This can be done by indulging in some cool form of exercise, jogging, running, playing games, Yoga and many more useful exercises. Exercise in the generality of it will always keep you in a perfect cardiovascular state and in turn a brilliant CNS.</p><p>Conclusively, a young Nigerian/American US marine recruit collapsed and died during a morning exercise drill, after a critical analysis, he was discovered to have spontaneously developed a heart malfunction. Prior to the activity that led to his death, he had shrugged in agreement to participate despite making the exercise optional. A perfect health is enhanced by good exercise, but before an exercise activity it is only proper for us to do a critical medical check up and get a medical advice from our doctor before engaging in any exercise. If you have arthritis it is especially important to exercise regularly. Not only will you reduce your risk of other diseases; but your joints and muscles will feel better and you will feel more energized.</p><p>Arthritis is a common reason for people to give up exercising but inactivity only increases the stiffness and fatigue associated with the disease. Regular exercise will not only improve joint circulation and decrease joint swelling but it also keeps the cartilage and bones healthy.</p><p>By understanding physical fitness and exercise you&#8217;ll not only feel better; you will improve your health and also manage your arthritis. If you are determined to live a healthier and more productive life and not be at the mercy of arthritis, work out with some of these exercises.</p><p>Flexability Exercises<br
/>Flexability exercises, or range of motion exercises are the foundation of any exercise program. They are especially important for the person with arthritis. The purpose is to increase flexability in the joints and muscles.</p><p>Flexability exercises should be done slowly and should be performed before more vigorous exercises. Before doing other exercises work up to fifteen minutes with the flexability exercises so that you will have the endurance needed for strengthening and aerobic exercise.</p><p>Strengthening Exercises<br
/>Strengthening exercises are also known as resistance exercises. The lack of exercise causes muscles to become weak. If your muscles are strong, they will be able to absorb shock and support the joints. Having strong muscles is necessary to perform many of our daily tasks. Gradually increase your strengthening exercises so that you are not causing your muscles to become sore after you exercise.</p><p>Aerobic Exercises</p><p>Aerobic exercises can include walking, hiking, swimming, skating, mowing the lawn, bicycling, playing golf or doing any physical exercise where you are continually moving your legs and arms.</p><p>Including aerobics into your fitness program puts you at less risk of developing heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. It is the kind of exercise that will help control your weight, strengthen you bones, decreases stress and makes you more energetic. At the same time, it will increase flexability and improves mobility.</p><p>If you are not currently following an exercise program you don&#8217;t have to come up with a new exercise to do rightaway. Just find ways to add more physical activity to your regular daily routines. You could start by taking short ten minute walks three times a day; building your exercise up to thirty minutes. Once you accomplish this;you will be ready to start on other methods of aerobic exercise.</p><p>You need to make sure you are exercising on a regular basis and gradually increase the time so that you are not getting exhausted or causing your muscles and joints to become painful by trying to do too much too fast</p><p>. <br
/>When you begin any aerobic exercise it is important that you warm-up. This will raise the temperature in your muscles and joints, increases circulation and flexability and prepares your heart to work harder. An example of a warm-up routine, if you are walking; would be to walk slowly for ten to fifteen minutes before getting into more vigorous walking.</p><p>The cool-down period is important as well. After you have been vigorously walking let your body slow down for the last ten minutes, so that your heart rate slows and you lose some of the heat that you generated by walking vigorously. This is the maximum number of times you perform an exercise.</p><p>Five Tibetans can stimulate the detoxification of your body and create many unpleasant physical symptoms, and for this reason advised to gradually increase the weekly number of repetitions of exercises. For an exercise program you can prepare by walking, preferably half an hour every day or stretching. Once you start the exercises, try to work them every day.</p><p>To enhance the effect of five Tibetans, reduce intake of sugar and fat and eat more easily digestible food. It is best to do exercises in the morning, before breakfast.</p><p>1st exercise</p><p>Stand up straight with arms outstretched on the side. Keep your fingers together; palms open and facing down, the feet are in line shoulders. In this position, turn up the full circle in a clockwise direction (from left to right). While turning a deep inhale and exhale. When you&#8217;ve finished turning, stand with joined feet, and put your hands on your hips. Take a deep breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth.</p><p>2nd exercise</p><p>Lie on your back on a flat hard surface. Extend your legs, ankles let you touch. Your hands are the body with palms on the floor. Breathe through your nose, raise your legs a little over 90 degrees and head closer to his chest once more. All this make one movement and hold your breath, then slowly exhale to lower the head and legs.</p><p>3rd exercise</p><p>Kneel upright with your toes. Keep your knees slightly apart.
